INTRODUCTION Blues Agency has been providing cooks, waiting staff, butlers and kitchen hands to corporate and private clients since 1979. We provide staff for positions both in the UK and abroad, and our main priority is to ensure that the skills, experience and personality of our staff match the expectations of our clients. We will always send a member of our team to visit our corporate clients in order to discuss specific requirements.
All our staff are interviewed and references taken up before their first appointment, and we will employ, on behalf of the corporate client, a complete range of dining room staff to suit the particular requirements. All Blues staff are provided with a set of company rules covering issues of safety, hygiene and dress code, ensuring that the high standards we expect are observed at all times. In addition to this we run waiting Master Classes designed to thoroughly cover the needs of our clients and to keep staff up to date with all areas of service.
In order to guarantee the quality of our cooks, many are recruited directly from various cookery schools and we test V.I.P cooks on our premises. All our waiting staff have had previous experience in handling boardroom lunches or corporate entertaining, and all of them pride themselves on their professionalism.
With many years of experience, we are dedicated to ensuring and maintaining a standard of excellence, and take particular pride in offering advice and assistance to those embarking on a career in the catering field. In addition to this we have devised a series of particularly exciting and 'hands-on' children's cookery courses aimed at educating children about the importance of healthy eating.
