With over 30 years experience we know that the needs of our clients and staff are both individual and important.

WAITING COURSE

We run a monthly masterclass for our waiting staff, designed to throroughly cover the needs of our clients and to keep staff up to date with all areas of service.  If you have any questions, please contact Annabel  on 0207 731 7533 or annabel@bluesagency.co.uk.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE CERTIFICATE

All food handlers should have a valid health and hygiene certificate. This should be renewed every 2 years. Please go to www.food-hygiene-certificate.co.uk or call the office for more information.
