All our staff are interviewed and references taken up before their first appointment, and we will employ, on behalf of the corporate client, a complete range of dining room staff to suit the particular requirements.
All Blues staff are provided with a set of company rules covering issues of safety, hygiene and dress code, ensuring that the high standards we expect are observed at all times. As well as speaking to staff about their bookings, we also text them a confirmation the day before they are due to take place, to ensure there are no discrepencies. Discreet spot checks are also carried out to maintain these standards.
