In order to guarantee the quality of our cooks, many are recruited directly from various cookery schools and we test V.I.P cooks on our premises.
In addition to this we run Master Classes for our professional waiting staff, designed to thoroughly cover the needs of our clients and to keep staff up to date with all areas of service.

We will always send a member of our team to visit our corporate clients in order to discuss specific requirements.
