Chef for a Tennis Club in Holland Park, to start immediately
We are looking for a full-time chef to join a team of 3 at this exclusive tennis club in Holland Park.  They will work 5, 8 hour shifts a week, including the weekend (at least one guaranteed weekend off a month).  They must be perfectly presented at all times, and be able to converse with the members, as well as work within a team of 3 staff. During the majority of the shifts they will be the only chef, and will need to manage the kitchen and turn out exceptional food.  This would suit someone with previous gastropub or chalet (with a quality company)  experience.  Flexibility and a cheery persona are essential.  Salary £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.  Please contact Davina for more details, or email your CV to davina@bluesagency.co.uk if you are interested in applying.


Cook for a private residence in Regents Park

Part-time cook for an investment management firm in Overton, Hampshire
Great opportunity to work three days per week within directors dining, making breakfast and lunch for a small office in Overton. The office is based in a private house and the cook will be responsible for planning the menus, ordering stock, laying up and clearing the lunches and ensuring the kitchen if left tidy. Executive chef for a pub/restaurant in Chelsea, competitive salary

Live-in Chef for a small hotel in North Wales to start as soon as possible
We are looking for a chef to work in a lovely six bedroom hotel based in the beautiful setting of Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. The restaurant has roughly 25 covers each evening and the chef will be running the kitchen five nights per week, as well as having an interest in helping with the general running of the hotel, taking bookings etc. Traditional British food is served on the menu, using good locally sourced produce.
