Chef for a Tennis Club in Holland Park, to start immediately
We are looking for a full-time chef to join a team of 3 at this exclusive tennis club in Holland Park. They will work 5, 8 hour shifts a week, including the weekend (at least one guaranteed weekend off a month). They must be perfectly presented at all times, and be able to converse with the members, as well as work within a team of 3 staff. During the majority of the shifts they will be the only chef, and will need to manage the kitchen and turn out exceptional food. This would suit someone with previous gastropub or chalet (with a quality company) experience. Flexibility and a cheery persona are essential. Salary £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
